ATA 053 – As a rent to renter am I a landlord or a tenant?

This weeks Ask The Angels question is from Annerose around whether as rent to renters, we are the landlord or the tenant.  Here’s Annerose's question..."In rent to rent, am I considered a landlord or a tenant? And if I’m a landlord will I need landlord licencing.
