ATALAYA MINING COPPER, S.A. - Q2 and H1 2026 Financial Results
from Investor Meet Company - Audio Archive · host Investor Meet Company
Atalaya Mining’s Q2 and H1 2026 investor update highlights strong company performance, with copper production reaching 23,400 tonnes in the first half and EBITDA rising to a record €126 million. Revenue reached €264 million, supported by higher copper and silver prices, while cash costs remained resilient at approximately $2.43 per pound despite inflation in diesel, explosives and other operating inputs. The company generated €58 million of free cash flow in Q2 and ended the period with almost €320 million of net cash, enabling a 25% increase in the interim dividend. Atalaya maintained its copper production guidance, targeting the lower end of the range, while expecting cash costs to remain within guidance. Its growth strategy focuses on Rio Tinto expansion, San Dionisio, Masa Valverde and the major Touro project, alongside further processing opportunities at its plant. Management expects these projects to support a potential path toward approximately 100,000 tonnes of copper equivalent production, reinforcing Atalaya Mining’s long term growth outlook and financial strength.
