Lana Mims is an athlete, personal trainer and coach, and creator of Intentional Spectrum Fitness. The daughter of a 4-time Olympian gold and silver medalist, she has been in the company of world-renowned athletes for her entire life. A former semi-pro track and field athlete, Lana parlayed her love of physical activity into a career in personal training. Lana's positivity and belief that there is no such thing as a 'bad' body is integral to her training style.
