Athlone Town attacker Roisin Molloy capped off a superb performance with the TG4 Player of the Match award as her side edged past Shelbourne 2–1 to move top of the Women’s Premier Division. Molloy was instrumental throughout, setting up Kelly Brady’s goal and driving much of Athlone’s attacking play in a crucial win at Lissywollen.
