Mandate Now interview just three hours after the unavailable NSPCC statement about its alleged 'U' turn on Mandatory Reporting. It's an utterly confused announcement that appears to have misled most commentators and survivor charities. The 'mash up' proposal is incapable of improving safeguarding because it's little more than the failing status quo in new clothes or in alternative parlance 'pretend MR.'
