ATOOC: Confusion at PHL

In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, a PSA Airlines Canadair Regional Jet departing from Philadelphia bound for Cincinnati accelerates for takeoff when the crew rejects the takeoff abruptly. The pilots immediately stop on the runway and start evacuating the passengers from the aircraft with no explanation. The airline later reported that the aircraft experienced a mechanical issue.
