ATOOC: No Nose Wheel? No Problem

In this Air Traffic Out Of Control, we hear a twenty one year old novice pilot who lost her nose wheel on take off and must land the plane without it.  This could have been a sticky situation, but thanks to the team on the ground, they coached her through the whole process.
