ATOOC: Piper Blocking In Rockford

In this episode of Air Traffic Out Of Control, a Piper (PA-32R-301) Saratoga aircraft (N9087V) has a flat tire upon landing at Rockford airport in Chicago, blocking both crossing runways. This is a first for the pilot and the tower tries to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the airport gets shut down while the ground crew deals with the Piper.
