Every Air Traffic Controller's nightmare is making a mistake that puts people's lives in danger. It's an extremely important job, but it also has its risks. A call to flight 2133 was actually meant for 1083 and it resulted in a potentially dangerous situation. We all make mistakes, but this one could have been catastrophic.
