ATOOC: What Would You Do with a Drunken Pilot?

In this episode, we listen in on a controller with some great intuition. A private pilot at Rocky Mountain Metro airport, radios the tower preparing to take off, but he doesn't sound quite right. The pilot is slurring his words and can't seem to remember the runway numbers at the airport. At the end of the recording, you will hear the controller ask the pilot to shut down the aircraft so authorities could ask him some questions.
