"Dad! Are you listening to me?" or "Mom! Did you hear me?" How many times have you had your kid ask you that? Perhaps, you were present in body but your mind was wandering elsewhere while you sat with the kids and the TV was going on one end. We all do that and suffer through the travails of multi-processing with no process running to its optimum potential. Giving complete attention is a skill no less than carrying a positive attitude!
