Attorney Discusses Incident Involving W.Va. Man Dragged By Ambulance, This West Virginia Morning

Two weeks ago, on April 16, John Lucas was run over by an ambulance from the Kanawha County Emergency Ambulance Authority at 2 a.m. in Elkview. And then he was dragged for nearly two miles.
