Attorney John Kiyonaga

Attorney John Kiyonaga gives an update on the medical condition of Jennifer Emmi, an inmate at Fluvanna Correctional Center for Women. Kiyonaga says Emmi was transferred from a Colorado prison to Virginia without explanation or warning and has life-threatening medical conditions for which she is not receiving adequate treatment. Emmi's legal team has now filed a petition to overturn her conviction in Colorado and are calling on Virginia officials to intervene.
