Worth nothing and with no real ownership proof. Look for words like "without recourse" (no right to sue the creditor after sale to the debt buyer) and no "warranty of title or merchantability" (no real proof we owned the debt we are selling you) from the Bill of Sale or assignment where the seller is admitting to a lack of proof. Use this in your Counter Affidavit, Answer and Defenses as to the lack of ownership of Sallie Mae (as I show you in the video) of that mess of a debt proof they attach to the lawsuit where they really have no right to sue you. Use my templates to create your documents with your facts and law. Good luck.  Disclaimer:Please remember that anyone viewing or listening to this information, podcast and/or video is not being invited to create an attorney-client relationship in any way.
