Challenger is Vice President of Business Development at Challenger, Gray & Christmas and is responsible for managing key relationships, implementing outplacement programs, and facilitating executive coaching projects.  Prior to Challenger, Gray & Christmas, Andrew was an Associate Director of Business Development at an alternative investment platform focused on hedge funds and commodity trading advisors, which was ranked the fastest growing company in Chicago in 2011 (Crain's Fast 50).  Andrew is a member of the Auxiliary Board of the Art Institute of Chicago and co-chair of the organization's flagship Treasure Hunt event, originally run by Maggie Daley. He also sits on the Auxiliary Board's nominating committee. Andrew also sits on the membership committee of the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), the oldest HR membership organization in the U.S.  Andrew previously moderated, and is a current member of, a Chicago chapter Young Adult Forum (YAF). He is also a founding member of the Chicago YPO Next Generation (YNG) committee, which organizes educational, social, and philanthropic events for sons and daughters of YPO/WPO members.  Andrew graduated from Miami University with a degree in Economics and earned his minor in French at the Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV).
