Au ja austus / Honor and Reverence 1

Et elada parimat elu, on meil vaja Isanda kartust. Mitte selles mõttes, et sa oled Jumala ees hirmul, vaid oma suhtes Jumalaga peame Teda austama ja respekteerima. Meie enda kasuks peame armastama, mida Jumal armastab, vihkama, mida Jumal vihkab, ning armastama, kui Jumal ütleb meile, mida teha. Siis saab Jumal meie elusid õnnistada ja meil on Tema abi.     -----     To live our best life, we need to have the fear of the Lord. Not meaning that you are afraid of God, but in our relationship with God, you need to have honor and reverence for Him. For our good own, we need to love what God loves, hate what God hates, and love it when God tells us what to do. Then God will bless our lives, and we will have His help.
