AUA2024: Upper Tract Urothelial Carcinoma Tumor Board: A Case-Based Approach to Management CME Available: https://auau.auanet.org/node/41040 At the conclusion of this activity, participants will be able to: 1. Identify clinically available data that can help assess risk of UTUC disease. 2. Verbalize the important role of kidney function before and after nephroureterectomy in the management of UTUC, and calculate the estimated new baseline glomerular filtration rate. 3. Compare the clinical trial data on intravesical, neoadjuvant and adjuvant chemotherapy. 4. Recognize the possibility of an undiagnosed inheritable syndrome in patients with UTUC, ask about history of nongenitourinary cancers, and identify the clinical methods for screening and diagnosis of inheritable syndromes. 5. Recognize the importance of preoperative chemotherapy and response-based surgical management for locoregional nodal recurrence after nephroureterectomy.
