La nuova Audi RS 5 segna un passo importante per Audi Sport, introducendo il primo high-performance plug-in hybrid (PHEV) nella gamma RS. Coniugando un motore 2.9 litri V6 biturbo da 375 kW (510 CV) a un’unità elettrica da 130 kW, il sistema ibrido ad alte prestazioni garantisce 470 kW (639 CV) di potenza complessiva e un’autonomia elettrica urbana superiore a 80 km, rendendo l’auto adatta sia alle strade cittadine sia alle percorrenze più lunghe. Inoltre, permette di raggiungere, con pacchetto opzionale, una velocità massima di 285 km/h.
