Audio Description Success On Verizon FiOS

In this episode of iCantCU, I talk about more time on the phone with Verizon to get audio description to work on FiOS. It only took hours of hold time on two separate calls to get to the tech support person who knew what audio description was and how to help a blind customer. Kudos to Kyle from Upstate New York for his outstanding help! You have to turn DVS on, you have to enable Audio selection, and you have to set audio language to Spanish. How To Change Language To Spanish This step is not on the Verizon website. Here are the steps: Go to Settings and select System. Then select Language. Then select Audio Language. Then select Spanish. How To Turn On DVS On Verizon FiOS See these steps at https://www.verizon.com/business/support/fios-tv/accessibility/. Go to Settings.  Then go to System. Next, go to Accessibility. Go to DVS. Next, go to Audio. Activate Audio Selection (my menu said Enable.)
