Part 2 - Problems and solutions Academic context In my academic context, sometimes I have a problem. Sometimes I don't have much time to study because I have many tasks and I also have to work. Sometimes my internet connection is bad during class. If I had more time, I would organize my schedule to study every day. If my internet fails, I would look for a place with a better connection so I don't miss the class. Work context In my work context, I sell strawberries with cream. I am the only person who prepares and serves, I don't have workers. Sometimes I have two problems. Sometimes customers are in a bad mood and sometimes I run out of strawberries because I sell a lot. If a customer is in a bad mood, I would listen to him with patience and speak to him with kindness. I think if I am kind, the customer would feel better. If I run out of strawberries, I would explain the situation with respect and offer him something for later. If I bought more strawberries the night before, I would never run out of product.
