Audio Post - Oh, How I Love the Sound of my Own Voice - talking about stiff winds, yesterday today, rolling hills

Hey Al, it's Richard. I guess this is like my third post today haven't had much going on I'm not sure why I'm posting so much but I just wanted to remind everyone you know you tends to ride for pleasure every day I tried to cos I have some errands to run and so I hop on the bike and took off and spite the pretty stiff winds and I got the errands done and I I forced myself to ride further that I needed to just just you know just to do the errands but when the winds blowing 15 to 20 with just the 30 it's not nearly as much fun as it was yesterday today is warmer it's a beautiful day high cloud if the wind wasn't so so strong I probably would have been out for another 24 25mi today but the the area where we live is kinda rolling hills and you're going up hill into a wind like that you know 20 to 30mi an hour boy it's just it's really tuff.
