Audioboom Group plc delivered record interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, reporting a 30% increase in revenue to US$45.7 million, gross profit growth of 33% to US$9.9 million and an 80% rise in adjusted EBITDA to US$3.2 million, highlighting the operational leverage of its scalable podcast platform. Growth was driven by expanding advertising inventory, a significant increase in monthly podcast downloads and video views, continued momentum in its high-margin Showcase advertising marketplace, and strong advertiser demand. Management highlighted improving gross margins through a greater mix of higher-quality revenue while maintaining disciplined operating costs, supporting increasing profitability and cash generation. Following the conclusion of its strategic review, the Board reaffirmed its commitment to an independent growth strategy focused on organic expansion and value-accretive acquisitions, building on the successful integration of Adalicious. Audioboom reiterated its ambition to exceed US$200 million in revenue and US$40 million in EBITDA by 2030 through a combination of platform growth and targeted M&A. Looking ahead, the Group expects a record full-year performance, supported by the seasonally stronger second half, political advertising demand surrounding the US midterm elections, continued growth in podcast advertising, and medium-term opportunities from new Spotify and Apple video partnerships alongside AI-driven advertising capabilities.
