In collaboration with Performance, Confidence and Mindset Coach Amy Jessop, we bring you the audition series! In this first episode, Amy talks you through what to do when you get that audition through, how to make the best use of your time before the audition and to be as prepared and confident as you can be. We will shortly be bringing you two follow up episodes to mark the end of Mental Health Awareness Week. These are short pre and post audition episodes that you can listen to just before you enter the audition room and just after you leave.
