On this week’s Weekly Weekend Warrior .. though Barbie lost her box office throne to DC’s Blue Beetle , she went out on a high note( she’s the years highest grossing domestic release, she’s got a special one week IMAX release out in September AND a new Netflix series coming in a few weeks). Serena Williams and Rihanna’s second little bundles of baby joy have arrived. Rejoice movie lovers-National Cinema Day and its wicked discounted ticket price of $4 ( yes really) returns Sunday august 27! Yahooo!!The Outsiders are going from the page to the broadway stage in spring of 2024 . Vroom! Vroom! Gran Turismo revs it’s way into theater . In honor of national dog day , I look back at 4 requested dog films - one of which gave us an iconic fur loving black and white haired disney villainess and another introduced the would to an extremely slobbery drooling Saint Bernard .
