AUGUST 25: Siders Family Indictments, Bruce Foster Trial Day 2, 49ers Owner Arrested in Ohio, and Columbus Metropolitan Libraries Feeds Kids

(2:30-6:20) Day 2 of trail for accused New Albany shooter Day one of the trial for Bruce Foster saw multiple employees of KDC One called to testify. Prosecutors argue Foster planned the attack and knew what he was doing. His defense argues that he was confused and delusional due to prior mental health issues.  (6:20-9:54) Update in case of daughter murdering mother Bryanna Dutcher, 18, had her first appearance before a judge after being charged with the murder of her mother. Dutcher, her boyfriend and her boyfriend's roommate are all charged with aggravated murder. (17:34-25:41) 49ers owner arrested in northeast Ohio 49ers owner Jed York was arrested over the weekend in East Palestine, Ohio. He was arrested at a trailer park after allegedly arranging to have sexual activity with a woman for $140. York pleaded no contest in a plea deal and was released on bond.  (26:11-30:45) Siders family indictments Indictments were handed down for the four family members in the Vinton County child endangerment case where 16 children were found in "deplorable" conditions. However, two more people were indicted for sex crimes, which is what led investigators to another incident involving Gary Jr and Elizabeth Siders.  (31:15-36:19) Annual meeting with economic officials in Jackson Hole, Wyoming Jared Pincin, PhD, from Cedarville University talks about the upcoming annual meeting in Jackson Hole, Wyoming as average Americans are struggling with inflation and prices.  (36:34-41:54) Library feeding kids after school  For many children, the food they get at school is the only food they get that day. The Columbus Metropolitan Library is providing after school snacks for kids at 19 of its branches to help combat food insecurity.  (42:09-45:48) Cat sets world record for most toes A cat with 29 toes!
