Serve the Lord with gladness! Come into his presence with singing!” — Psalm 100:1-2“I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.” — 3 John 1:4________________________________________There’s something powerful about receiving wisdom and living it out. Proverbs reminds us to listen to the wise, apply what we learn, and keep it close to our hearts. When we do this, we find joy and peace. Psalm 100 calls us to bring our praise to God, not out of obligation, but out of the joy of knowing Him. 2 and 3 John are letters written to believers, encouraging them to walk in truth and show love to others. John even says that his greatest joy is seeing others walk in the truth, which is something that God loves as well.The common theme here is joy—joy in truth, in wisdom, and in our relationship with God.
