Kristin holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, and Institute for Functional Medicine Certified Practitioner. She specializes in functional and lifestyle medicine, women’s health, longevity, metabolic health, stress resilience, and sustainable wellness. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, Kristin considers each patient’s lifestyle, nutrition, genetics, environment, movement, and stress to identify the underlying factors affecting their health and develop a personalized treatment plan. In addition to caring for patients, Kristin is passionate about building mission driven healthcare businesses, developing high performing teams, and creating a more proactive model of care. She has spoken for organizations and events including Marriott, Westin, Northwestern Mutual, Newell Rubbermaid, The Fit Atlanta Fest, and The WellScene ATL. She also hosts the Little By Podcast, where she explores health, personal growth, leadership, entrepreneurship, and intentional living.
