Rashi (ibid.)yargiz - that he should wage war with his yetzer ha'ra.R' Avraham ben ha'Rambam - Essay on Drashos of ChazalIt says “yargiz” which means “to cause to rule over” or “to cause to dominate” [in reference to] the yetzer ha’tov, which is the mind, and the yetzer ha’ra is the bodily desires and things like that.
