Peter Morgan is one of Australia's most respected value fund managers. He had a stellar career as head of investments at Perpetual Limited (ASX.PPT) where he managed AU$13 billion (~US$9 billion) averaging 14.3% per year from 1994 to 2002. In 2002 he left to launch 452 Capital, which grew to AU$4 billion (~US$2.8 billion) under management at its peak. In 2009 he was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer, and given only a few months to live.
