Tanya Kitchings is the former Executive Assistant for Steven Kendrick, when he was Richmond County Tax Commissioner. She has served notice to the City of Augusta that she is seeking damages for alleged sexual harassment and misconduct at the hands of Kendrick, and that it occurred with the knowledge of other employees.
