Recently, a black woman was assaulted by a man in Deep Ellum Texas right outside of Dallas. The man known to many as, Austin Shuffield, brutally hit a woman named L'Daijohnique Lee in the face several times and pulled out his gun on her. Many in that area were outraged after he was not charged with a hate crime and assault on the innocent woman.
