Australian HYROX Athlete, James Kelly, Returns!

In this episode I chat with Australian HYROX athlete James Kelly. James was last on the podcast back in October 2022 a few days after he’d won the Mens Pro race in Birmingham when he went sub 60minutes on his HYROX debut. He’s now back in Europe to race in Cologne and to try and gain back his spot in the Elite races at the upcoming 2023 World Championships. We had a really good talk, all about how he’s changed his training in recent months, his race plans, his approach to coaching, how he likes to prepare Quest bars and lots more!
