Australians face extended quarantine after Andes variant exposure

Five Australians are being evacuated from a location affected by the Andes variant, with their return journey routing through the Netherlands before arriving in Perth. The Andes variant has an incubation period of up to eight weeks, significantly longer than typical infectious diseases.
