Authentic Health Friday: My Plan to NOT Turn 50 Biologically
So it begins. The <50 Project. I am on a mission to slow and or reverse my biological age as much as I possibly can. To that end, I’ve engaged the assistance of my friend Dr. Gus Vickery, M.D. In this episode we are going to discuss where the journey begins. We go over each and every biological marker test I will take to get a picture of where we’re starting from. Then once the reports are in I will share with you, The Jason Wright Show audience, just how old I really am biologically. From there I will document my efforts to slow the clocks.
