Dan Owolabi is the Executive Director and co-founder of Branches Worldwide, a leadership development ministry with an innovative initiative to impact 30 leaders in 30 countries for 30 years. Branches has one big goal: To identify young Christian leaders and inspire them to do the work which God has called them to do. Partnering with local doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders around the world, Branches helps leaders transform their communities through their influence as Christian leaders.  With a focus on equipping these workplace influencers with Shepherd Leadership training, resources, and a network of experienced Christian mentors, Branches helps increase their influence as leaders, and their ability to draw their peers to Christ. Dan holds a BA from Malone University, and an MA from Ashland University. He lives in Ohio with his wife Erica and their two daughters. Dan also has created his own coaching and leadership consulting firm, Owolabi Leadership, and has recently written and published his first book, Authentic Leadership: How to lead with nothing to hide, nothing to prove, and nothing to lose.
