Authenticity as Boundary: What life looks like when we know ourselves

Today I speak with Karina Evangelista, a woman who has been an active participant in the WEL-Systems® experiences for almost 25 years. Karina is a powerful and courageous woman who stays in the tough conversations, no matter what. Setting boundaries is not an easy task, especially for women who have been told our whole lives to not rock the boat -- as if declaring what's meaningful for us in an open, honest, clear and direct way somehow violates another. In this episode, Karina and I explore what it means to live with authenticity as boundary. We don't need to set boundaries when we simply BECOME the boundary through our very being.
