Authenticity: I don't know what that is for me, so how do I do it?

Send us Fan MailEpisode 2 of Inspired Alchemy Raw & Unfiltered with Lizzie In this episode I respond to a friend's question regarding how I stay authentic and how have I been able to do this, even when I didn't know who I was. As always it is a raw answer, so it's not scripted and it's just what came to me as I am processing what I have going on in my life. I kinda have always just done things and had to figure them out. When I am asked these questions, I am learning to reverse engineer my process, so please be patient as I figure these things out. Its pieced together just like the growth journey. Its raw and no editing has been done to the audio, so it is far from the other polished things out there.Again, all of this is messy just like me and I am learning to be okay with this. Thank you to everyone who has pushed and supported me as I grow. Thank you for pushing me outside of my comfort zone and challenging me. I hope that by sharing my story and thoughts, it will help others. Keep creating alchemy.
