Well sure, we would all agree that the buzzword "authenticity" should apply to our recruitment efforts.  But in practice, what does it mean and how do we achieve it?  How do counselors stay authentic to themselves while also being authentic to their institution?  What happens when we miss on this mark?  We have two natural voices offering their genuine thoughts on the topic of authenticity.
