Jason Dawson has an extensive professional background, having worked in various roles in the healthcare industry. He is currently a co-owner of Avalon Alliance Homecare, LLC since February 2023. Before that, he worked as a Project Coordinator at Eskenazi Health from 2019 to February 2023, and as the Vice President of Client Services at Home Instead Senior Care from 2018 to 2019. Before that, he held multiple roles for At Home Health Services, LLC from 2011 to 2018, including Human Resources Manager, Director of Quality Assurance, and Scheduling Manager.Jason received his BA in Human Resources Management with a focus on Personnel Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
