Authenticity through Art with Leith Phillips

What’s that thing called when there’s a lack of cultural competency in education? Oh yeah, it's the race thing! This week, Tori & Heena sit down with their favorite art educator, Ms. Leith Phillips! She speaks about her experiences as an educator in Talbot County for 25 years and her decision to move to Charles County, where she teaches now. She explains why understanding and connecting to your student's culture is important and why we need to come together as a community.
