Author Amy Lyle Joins Us

After being a corporate trainer for fifteen years, our next guest went into shock when she got remarried and was trying to blend 2 households, 4 kids, 2 dogs and several guinea pigs. Luckily, she saw the humor in it all and wrote The Amy Binegar-Kimmes-Lyle Book Of Failures. The funny memoir opens with "I've been married for twenty years, not to the same people, but twenty years nonetheless." The book has been a best seller on Amazon for over a year, sitting next to some of her heroes like Trevor Noah, David Sedaris, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Jenny Lawson.    Amy enjoys being public speaking on the topic, "Why I Shared My Most Mortifying Moments and Why You Should Too," which has a message of seeing the humor in our failures and being more authentic in a very filtered world.  She's a regular on Atlanta's popular morning show, Atlanta and Company, and is a frequent guest on radio and podcasts. She just starred in her first movie short, The Interviewers. The film was written and directed by Atlanta filmmaker Sam Juergens.
