Author Interview: Moriah Chavis

Hello, nerds! We had the opportunity to read Moriah Chavis’ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ARC, “Heart of the Sea” and had a great convo! Background on Moriah: Moriah is the author of the YA fantasy “Heart of the Sea”. She is also the author of the short stories The Assassin’s Kiss and Thorns of Winter. Moriah is a two-time graduate from the University of South Carolina, with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts and a Master’s in Library and Information Science. She indulges in her love of all things bookish by spreading that passion to others as an elementary school librarian. When not reading or writing, she can be found at the bookstore, adding another book to her endless TBR, sewing, or drafting something new. Moriah looks at the world through a writer’s lens, seeing stories in everyday life just waiting to be told and doing her best to be the medium through which they reach the page.
