Author Kara Kae James and Comcast-Spectacor's Phil Laws

Author (and mother of four children under age 10!) Kara Kae James joins the program to share about her new book, “Mom Up—Thriving With Grace In The Chaos of Motherhood.” Themes of intentionality, community, rest (in the Lord), and embracing the chaos are all in play, as are stories from flying sippy cups of apple juice to taking time to read the most important book of them all, the Bible.
