Helen Crawley-Austin is the founder of Mastering Money. Helen hosted the first Mastering Money session in 2005 at New Covenant Believer’s church in Columbus, Ohio under Bishop Howard Tillman, her former pastor. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of Beyond Consulting Solutions, Inc. (BCS). With over 25 years of Corporate Experience at Solutions Associates Consulting, Alcatel-Lucent, AT&T Bell Laboratories, and Melaleuca Inc, her entrepreneurial spirit, and her love for God’s people, Helen has committed herself to living a debt-free life and helping others to do the same. Prior to BCS, Helen was the President and Chief Operating Officer of Solutions Associates Consulting (SAC). In that role she covered many responsibilities including business development, financial operations, human resources, networking, marketing, and project management. She was instrumental in increasing the company’s customer base along with assisting in significantly improving in the overall revenue and profitability of the business.  Prior to beginning her role at SAC, Helen Austin enjoyed a successful career at Lucent Technologies. As Vice President of Software Applications of Intelligent Networks a $300M+ unit, she managed a team of over 1000 engineers worldwide.  She also held such titles as: Director of Wireless Applications and Project Management, Technical Manager of Wireless Customer, and Technical Manager of 3rd Party Vendors/Project Management. Helen has a track record for building high performance teams to propel businesses to the next level. Not only did she lead a software development team from inception to $60M in one year, but she also partnered in her own business to over a million increase in revenue in 18 months. She is now excited to take all the experiences God entrusted her to lead a debt-free revolution with Mastering Money sessions and groups.
