from Off The Chain · host Yvonne Mason Sewell

Paul spent most of his childhood growing up on a dairy farm a few miles north of Cassville, MO. When the chores were done and playtime came, because his siblings were much older than himself, he found that his imagination was his greatest ally, allowing him to create cities and characters in his mind.  The first story he wrote was about one of the cats on the farm, making the cat into a human being, and when he got a typewriter for Christmas, more stories followed.  That was just beginning a lifelong career as a writer.   After he graduated from Cassville R-4 high school attended Crowder College and majored in business and automotive technology.  After leaving college he then went back to his first love writing, starting with several articles in various automotive magazines.   This lead to his first book Chevelle SS Restoration Guide that was published by Motorbooks International, nine other titles would follow with this publisher, before he would venture into the publishing field himself and start his own company- PAH Publishing.  With his own company he would author, under many different pen-names, more twenty other titles.
