Authority and Service

Drawing from the readings of St Luke and St Paul, this meditation invites us to reflect on how genuine authority is always rooted in humble service. Following the example of Christ, who came not to be served but to serve, we consider how true Christian leadership never burdens or stifles, but rather liberates others so that they may truly flourish. Looking to the example of Our Lady, let us ask for the grace to lay down our own lives with joy and generosity, helping those placed in our care to grow in authentic freedom and holiness.
