Autism and Bullying Podcast

The episode today is one that is probably close to all of our hearts, and it’s all about autism and bullying. I think every person in the world has had some sort of experience from bullying. Maybe it was you being bullied. Or do you know a friend or family member who has gone through bullying? And honestly, it’s one of the worst things to go through at any age – not just as a child in school!I wanted to use this as a reminder that bullying can happen at any age and in any place. It does not just mean children in schools – it’s anyone around the world in any situation. And bullying is just awful. This is why I wanted to use this platform to talk about bullying. I’ve spoken to individuals on the autism spectrum about their personal experiences. Ways that you can help someone who is being bullied. Looking for signs of bullying. Why someone may bully another.
