Autism Helped His Career

This week Those Weekend Golf Guys are happy to feature 5 time PGA Tour winner and current Champion’s Tour member, Billy Mayfair. Billy has been a champion since very early in life having won many Junior Golf Tournaments, College and Professional Tournaments. Billy is the only person to beat Tiger Woods in a Playoff!. Billy is autistic. But he has only been diagnosed as autistic later in life. In retrospect, the autism diagnosis has taught him much about himself and helped him understand why he has acted the way he has throughout the years. In fact, Billy credits his autism to his success in golf. Listen to this week’s show as Billy Mayfair recounts his career highlights and how his autism figured to have effected it so positively.
