Autism Nightclub & Dance Party | With Crisann Black #111

from Autism Weekly · host ABS Kids

This week we welcome Crisann Black, the founder of the club Zeus for people with disabilities. It is quite challenging for people who have disabilities to adjust to an unaccommodating world. Many institutions, entertainment areas, and other public locations lack the accessibility features needed to assist individuals with disabilities. Crisann took action after growing weary of witnessing how difficult it was for her kid and others to find a welcoming atmosphere. In this nightclub, she hosts a dance party once a month for people 18 and older. People can visit and take part in dancing, drinking, and being in a welcoming and secure environment.
