Autistic Assemble: Growing up with Doctor Who and Autism - With Barry Aldridge

In today's episode I am joined with Barry known for his good work on YouTube back in the day, Barry is autistic he talks about his journey with diagnosis and learning what autism actually was when he got older. Barry did go to special education we talk about all things autism and we talk about sound what annoys us Barry says the sound of the saucepan does annoy him.   We mention when we was younger a lot of people our age range between 2-9 years old were getting diagnosed with Autism and we find out more so now a lot of people are getting a diagnosis later on in life which is great which shows you can get a diagnosis at any age.  We also talk about hobbies Video games and Doctor Who, this is a iconic fact of the episode that we were by 5 years old in different time periods when we started to watch Doctor Who for the first time.
